La participación en el sorteo se realizará durante el periodo del 26.08.2018 hasta el 09.09.2018 a las 23:59 horas. Podrá participar cualquier persona mayor de 18 años, que tenga una cuenta de usuario en Facebook o en Instagram (dependiendo en la red social que participe), el equipo de Wakakán o personas que han participado en la organización del sorteo están excluidas de participar en él.
La participación en Facebook se hará efectiva pulsando “me gusta” en nuestra página de Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/wakakanshop/), y pulsando “me gusta” en la publicación del sorteo.
La participación en Instagram se hará efectiva pulsando “seguir” a nuestra cuenta en Instagram (https://www.instagr.am/wakakanshop), y pulsando “me gusta” en la publicación del sorteo.
Para participar en ambos sorteos simultáneos, deberá darle me gusta a ambas publicaciones en su red social respectiba. Habrá 1 ganador por sorteo (2 ganadores en total), que en fecha 10.09.2018, una vez finalizado el plazo de participación, saldrán de un sorteo entre todos los participantes válidos y con quiénes que se contactará a través de mensaje privado de Facebook e Instagram respectivamente. Asimismo, se hará público tanto el nombre de usuario de Facebook e Instagram, como su perfil en una publicación en nuestra cuenta de cada red social.
Quedarán descalificados quienes publiquen comentarios con afirmaciones falsas, vejatorias u ofensivas o que vayan contra el derecho de propiedad intelectual de terceros (Por ejemplo, marcas o derechos de autor). En caso de reclamación de un tercero que una publicación o comentario transgrede estos derechos, el autor nos exime de responsabilidad por ello, así como que será responsable de sufragar todos los gastos legales derivados de esta acción (incluyendo abogados o indemnizaciones).
El derecho al premio se pierde en caso de no poder contactar con el ganador por motivos exclusivos atribuibles a este. Si en el plazo de una semana el ganador no ha respondido a nuestros intentos de contactarle, nombraremos a otro ganador.
Nos reservamos el derecho de excluir a las personas que transgredan las bases de participación, especialmente en el caso de facilitar datos falsos sobre las condiciones a cumplir por los participantes o el realizar comentarios falsos, vejatorios u ofensivos en la publicación del sorteo o en cualquiera de nuestras redes sociales y presencia online. En su caso puede hasta llegar a adjudicarse el premio y posteriormente ser retirado este si se demostrase esta transgresión.
Nos reservamos el derecho de finalizar el sorteo anticipadamente sin comunicación previa de ello por motivos técnicos (por ejemplo, fallos en el Hardware o Software, manipulación del sistema informático) o por motivos legales que imposibiliten un adecuado desarrollo del sorteo o que directamente lo impidan. El sorteo es independiente de Facebook e Instagram y no es patrocinado, soportado u organizado por ellos. Facebook e Instagram tampoco son contactos válidos para este sorteo. Cualquier acción legal está excluida.
No hay posibilidad de cambiar el premio por su valor económico o por otro artículo.

Participation will be allowed from AUGUST 26, 2018 until SEPTEMBER 9, 2018 at 23:59h (W. Europe Standard Time)
Any person of 18 years of age or older, with an active Facebook or Instagram account (depending on the social network they are participating) will be eligible to participate. Wakakán team members and other persons involved with the organization of this giveaway will be excluded from participating.
Participation on our Facebook giveaway becomes effective by liking our Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/wakakanshop/), and liking the giveaway’s post.
Participation on the Instagram giveaway becomes effective by following us on Instagram (https://www.instagr.am/wakakanshop), and liking the giveaway’s post.
To participate in both giveaways simultaneously, both posts must be liked.
There will be 1 winner per giveaway (2 winners in total), who on September 10, 2018, once the participation period has ended, will be drawn from a list of valid participants, and will be contacted through a private message on the social network where he/she won. Their Facebook or Instagram name as well as their profile will be made public through a post on social network accounts.
Users posting comments containing illegal content, or false, insulting or offensive statements, or violate the intelectual property of third parties (for example brands or copyrighted materials) will be disqualified. In case of a third party dispute in which a post infringes on these rights, the author exempts us from liability, and they will be liable for all the legal costs derived from this action (including lawyers, fees, and indemnities).
The right to the prize is lost in case of being unable to contact the winner for reasons exclusively attributable to them. If the winner has not responded to our contact attempts within a week, a new winner will be named. We reserve the right to exclude persons who break the rules of participation, especially in the case of providing false data about the conditions needed to be met by all participants, or by making false, insulting or offensive comments on the giveaway’s post or any of our social networks and online presence. In such cases the prize can even be withdrawn from an already chosen winner.
We reserve the right to end the giveaway early without a winner and without prior notice for technical reasons (for example, hardware or software failures, computer system manipulation) or for legal reasons that prevent the proper development of the giveaway or prevent it directly. The giveaway is independent from Facebook and Instagram and not endorsed, supported or organized by them. Facebook and Instagram are not valid contacts for this giveaway. Any legal action is excluded.
It is not possible to exchange the prize for its monetary value or for a different item.
Note about data protection: in participating in this giveaway, your Facebook and Instagram usernames, and in case of resulting winners, your name and contact data will be collected by us for the development of this giveaway.
